What to Expect

First Session:

During our first session together, I want to get to know you and I want you to get to know me!  One of the many benefits of training with Russian Twist Fitness is the personal relationships that I want to build with you. We will discuss in great detail your goals, how to reach them and the mindset necessary to succeed.  I want to know what gets you motivated, so I can be your biggest fan and push you to your greatest capabilities.  I want to find out your reasons behind making this decision to better yourself and in result, help you succeed in every way possible. During our first session I will also perform a fitness assessment to find out where you are currently health and strength wise. Once we have determined clarity on where you are and where you want to go,  then we can discuss how to best help you achieve your goals and dreams together.  We can do this!

Each session is about 50-60 minutes long. The workouts are never the same, never boring, and progressive every 4-6 weeks.  Come ready to have some fun!
